California’s California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) has created many new rights for California consumers, including the right to opt out of the “Sale” of Personal Information.

At Cord, we value privacy and support laws that increase transparency and promote privacy. We want to emphasize that we do not monetize your information.

You may submit a request to exercise your California Consumer Rights by emailing privacy@cord.com. Before processing your request, we will need to verify your identity and confirm you are a resident of the State of California. In order to verify your identity we ask for your name and email address please. This process may require us to request additional personal information from you, including, but not limited to, your address, user ID, and/or date of last interaction with customer service.

In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to know and/or right to deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.
