In Summary: Cord - a tech startup in the collaboration space - is hiring a workplace experience manager to help us build an exciting, fun company to work for. Come and join our friendly team, shape the culture and the way employees experience the company. We pay well and won’t burn you out.

This is an opportunity to join an exceptional team and take part in shaping a startup from the ground up. You’ll help define and run the daily operations that create an amazing employee experience and be a part of our success.

Life at Cord

At Cord, we believe in making sure our team has the tools they need to do their best work. That’s why we supply each new hire with a new laptop (Mac or PC, whatever you prefer) when they join. We set up everyone with a 27-inch, 4k monitor, high quality headphones, everything you need to be at your best when you’re at work. We also enjoy fully electric adjustable height desks (sit or stand) at the office. We have free snacks delivered weekly to the office — fruit, chocolate biscuits, seaweed snacks — whatever the team wants.

We want a happy team, so we also make time for play in addition to the work. Every Thursday at 5pm we stop working and have a social catch up. This means free drinks, sometimes over board games at the office. Outside of work, we make sure people have the time to do what brings them joy, so we offer an official 26 holiday days per year. And our founders and several of the team members are parents - and we consider it obvious that families come first and that work shouldn’t add more stress to the already stressful parenting life (did we mention private health & dental care for you and your family?). It’s never about the hours or the days - just the quality of the output. We’re a high-trust, high-expectations company.

A Note About Culture

Building a strong, diverse team is hard, but it’s something we’re taking really seriously. At the moment, we’re a team of 20+ who speak 5 different languages and hail from 8 different countries.
