Job Description

Poshmark is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Growth & Engagement to lead demand-side growth and strategy for Posh Shows– Poshmark’s rapidly expanding live streaming business. On Posh Shows, sellers can connect with their buyers in real-time and offer live auctions of their items. The individual will be a key leader on the Posh Shows Team directly accountable for growing and retaining Posh Show Viewers & Shoppers. They will set the strategy for this customer segment and create a roadmap to deliver growth which they will deliver by merchandising in-app show content to drive traffic and launching campaigns via owned marketing channels. This role requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Marketing, and Analytics) as well as hands-on ownership of key success metrics.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow Show Shoppers and Viewers (acquisition, retention, and re-engagement).
  • Be directly accountable for optimizing our daily traffic and conversion funnels which you will enhance by:
    • Developing merchandising approaches for live show content, tailored to specific discovery surfaces and user states & personas.
    • Partnering with Product to implement merch approaches across the app.
    • Collaborating with Shows Go-To Market & Growth Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns across new and existing channels to attract new viewers to Shows.

  • Serve as an expert on Show Shoppers by designing a seamless and delightful experience for the Show Viewer and Shopper.
  • Define monthly and quarterly roadmap and track key input and output metrics, reporting on project impact and progress toward goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to achieve ambitious growth targets and contribute to the overall Posh Shows roadmap and strategy.

What skills you possess:
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in areas of ecommerce, general strategy, product or consulting (or a combination). Prior experience in e-commerce site merchandising, livestreaming and marketplaces is a plus.
  • Strong creative acumen in merchandising fashion and livestreaming content.
  • Customer experience obsessed with a proven track record of developing, owning and delivering a roadmap in other consumer-facing businesses.
  • Intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and rigor, demonstrating the ability to deliver clear results and optimizations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with outstanding oral and written communication abilities and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
