We often received an overwhelming number of calls and emails from recruitment agencies. What was even more troubling was how certain agencies would advise candidates to alter their CVs to match our needs. However, during the actual interviews, the discrepancies became evident, leading to wasted time and effort on our part. Since we needed to hire quality talent at scale quickly and efficiently, we needed to look elsewhere as recruitment agencies were not the solution for us.
