When we first started using cord a year or so ago, we were a small start-up looking to rapidly grow our Engineering capacity.
Since then. nearly the entire team have come from cord - the DevOps team, the Testing team, the Developers. We have about 25 people in our IT team now, of which 4 people didn't come through cord.

The streams view allows me to see all of the relevant candidate info easily - I can review a lot of candidates really fast. I can see candidates I like, message them and get through the process fast. It's quick, it's efficient.
Since starting to use cord I've had 60% of all the people I've messaged come back to me positively, and have arranged over 100 interviews with Engineers.
Saving hundreds of thousands on hiring fees
Just purely from a monetary point of view, cord's probably saved me about £100,000, I would think. If I keep doing this and the company just keeps on growing, it'll probably reach about a £200,000 saving.
