Our Goal
We joined cord to access quality and active engineers and fill in niche roles we had been trying to hire for for months.
Quality profiles and highly responsive engineers The first thing that stood out to us on cord is the quality of engineers using the tool. I started over 300 conversations on cord and I don’t think I’ve spoken to anyone on cord that I thought I couldn’t take forth for one of our roles.

For instance, we had been looking for a Flutter software engineer which was extremely difficult for us to find.
