Why are interviews stressful?

Because we care. Because we don't applying for a job if we don't really have an interest in working for that specific company, do we? So we care. I want to cause an impression. I want that person to leave the meeting thinking, "I like what she said, I like her experience, I think she's going to be a good fit for this." That's the reason that we want to sell ourselves.
