How should Junior Engineers prioritise their learning?

It's just technical growth is what I'm prioritising right now, being so early in my career. Technical growth is really important. So what I'm looking for is an environment where you can learn the skills that will help you build the things you're most interested in. And maybe a place where you can afford to play with ideas, suggest things, not necessarily always even implement them, just discuss them. Rationalise the processes, get the benefit of more senior developers' experience. So that's definitely top of the ranking. And then I think what I'm hoping for in terms of exposure to people who really know what they're doing is to then identify where the next growth step will be. That's the short/medium term is to understand and to get really good at the technical skills. I get a lot of satisfaction in understanding best practices and understanding why they're best practices, and how to maybe step around them when you need to, when it's justified, how to justify it. So thinking about the work at a higher level, in terms of the technical skills, that's the highest priority for me right now.
