For me, what helps though on a day to day is coming back to that notion task, list, I mentioned earlier for me, I just sit down and have visibility over that. And actually just before our call, that's exactly what I was doing is because I had this hackathon for two days, obviously, because I've been so out of it, my emails are piling up. My list of work to do is piling up and I'm behind on my task list.
And that for me was causing me a lot of anxiety. And I know last night and still will be because of that. Actually to wake up this morning and clear my diary of things that can be cleared and just sit down with my not tasks and think through and just think, okay, what do I need to do? Take a step back, and realise actually this problem is not as big as you think Issa. Yes, you've been away for two days. The world hasn't come crumbling down, your company hasn't come crumbling down, and your life is still very much together. I think it's taking that step back to realise that actually things are much better than it seems and coming and dealing with it in the way that you are comfortable dealing with it, which for me, is reviewing what I need to do, where my priorities are and what I need to achieve that for me helps.
