The first core things that have directed learning in the past have been understanding and then pursuing competition, striving to do well in whatever it is that you do, pushing your limits. I think that still is reflected in the stage of the career that I'm at, but as you refine the skills, once you're confident in your ability to do something well, then it's a question of what do you do with it?
Can you leverage that skill set that's satisfying to act on, to create something that benefits your environment or the people that you have a relationship with? And that can be direct relationships or it can just be wider world, climate change kind of relationships. That's probably where I will start to move as these sort of core requirements become better.
