I'm a big advocate for therapy. I think it's like having a personal trainer for the mind and anyone who has the ability to, should experience it at some point in their lives. But failing that, I love writing down lists of pros and cons of things and trying to make notes of things that have stood out to me. So if I've worked on something during the period of a week where I've really been engaged with something, making note like, "I really liked working on this project with Bob," for example, and then figuring out, is it Bob that was great to work with or was it the project we were doing together and whatever it is, can I have more of that please?
