What does “best work” mean to you?

Having been in delivery for 15 years now, always delivering stuff, hopefully stuff that will make tangible impact to people's lives, a noble statement as that may be, but that's what fuels me. We can all deliver stuff, we can all make stuff live, we can all push it out, but actually having a company that aligns those outcomes to its strategy and to be able to articulate that, as part of this role, you'll have a fundamental part in reaching outcomes that we need to make as a business or our customers need to make. That's a big part of it. I've been in projects through my career where it's was just like, there's been no tangible end to it. There's been no return. We've just done it. And I think actually having a stronger line of sight through to actually this is the outcome that we want to achieve as a business and this is how you can feed into that.
