Is it right to separate work and life?

We wouldn't want it to be a decision where someone's saying they have to make them one and the same, how some people say work-life balance shouldn't be a thing. It should just be life balance and it's work and life. When I suggest this ability to have the time and space to do you, that's not necessarily saying that they should be one and the same. It's saying that, if you do want to have these separations between work and personal self, then you can do that. Then you can find the times do that. If you're a more fluid person that wants to interweave your personal and work, that is a decision that an individual has to make. But yeah, I definitely would not see the ideal situation as to force people into this decision between, I need to incorporate my work and my personal life together.
