Why is a positive work environment important?

Every day, when I wake up and I leave my kids and come to work, I want to come to a happy environment with motivated, smart people that push me. And in the end, our company culture is the foundation of that. It's the foundation of our ability to really recruit good people, to be additive professionally and to the workplace.
