I think it's impossible to avoid imposter syndrome entirely, but I think the further we get into this journey and the greater conference I grow in as a leader and as a co-founder and as a CTO, that lessens of course. And I think part of it as well is just understanding, why do you think you're an imposter in this space? Is it because you haven't seen anyone else like you do it? Well, that's worth interrogating. Or is it that you don't actually have maybe the exact technical skills that you feel you might need for that space? Then, okay, that's a problem to solve and maybe those can be acquired or maybe it's having the right support or mentors or advisors in that space.
So I think it's okay to feel it for a minute, but interrogating why exactly feeling it and why in that exact situation you're feeling it is very worthwhile.
