Is it normal to have multiple motivations?

There were several motives. I tend to think that we never really have one pure intention and motive. I think about intentions rather as a range of things with weights, that there can be some intention which was the highest value that we actually make this choice, but there usually would be tons of other intentions, like those small prides and other things.
