It's a phenomenal framework test, essentially, that has a lot of nuance. It's similar to the Myers Briggs, but it's quite a lot more detailed. My leadership exec coach had introduced this to me a few years ago and it's incredibly illuminating. I hate being put in a box. I take these 150 question tests and I'm thinking, this is silly, I'm different. And then the results come in and I'm like, "Wow! This couldn't be more me."
