What are some examples of positive environments?

What it means to me to be working in the best environment is the three things: a good team and culture; good technologies; things I am interested in building. So good environment, this is where I would be working. Good work, this is what I would be doing every day. And then the last thing was purpose. I have a direction where I'm going.
