Is there a framework for deciding between offers?

I put together a little framework for myself to understand how I make decisions, and I basically call it ‘the elements of work’. And there's essentially input, what is your day to day look like? What's the process? How smooth is it to work out of place? How well have they built an operational cycle within the organisation to just make it seamless to work. The second one is output. So the final product that you're working on, do you care about it? Is it something that you use or you're excited by?

Impact, so the impact scale, whether it's moral, societal or economic. You might have an output that you like, it might be sneakers, but that's not necessarily societal impact. So looking at things from more of a social impact angle. Another element is community and culture. Do you like the people you're working with? Does it work with the space that you want to live in geographically? The next one's learning, are you going to learn a lot? And then the last one's money. And so I have six elements that can drive a decision. And my personal opinion is that, although you want a lot of these to click, you're going to make a decision based on one.
