I think we don't realise how much power we carry within ourselves by carrying this capacity for loving and for caring. I'm in love in the very kind of general sense of just caring very deeply about something. It's very, very powerful. And it's almost like a light. It's like when you have a fire. Have you ever camped and there's a fire in the night on a beach somewhere? People walking past will just come to it. It just attracts people. And I think that the same thing happens in work. If you ever encounter someone who really, really, really cares about a problem, it's like a light, it just draws people in. It's like, "Whoa, I need to..." Whatever this is. And I think people don't even know what it is. It's like a heat. It's like a light of warmth. It's like this passion. We call it passion, but yeah. And then it just makes you want to get involved and be like, "Hey, I want to be here. Let's care about it together." It's really cool.
