Should leaders be humble?

So one is understanding, as a founder CEO, understanding where I should be placing my skills and my effort best. That's where I can do my best work.

And then I think it's also understanding from the point of view of a business as a stakeholder, understanding in order to deliver the best work for the business, where my limitations exist, which of course there are profound and many, getting help and leaning on other people to help plug those gaps.
