What’s the hardest part of job searching?

The hardest parts, plural, I think applying and applying and applying and never hearing back. It's one of two. You never hear back or they tell you they found somebody else.

And when you read the blurb on whatever sites they've posted the job description on, you're like, "I can do this job with one hand tied behind my back." And then they tell you, you're not what they're looking for.
